At The Culinary Medicine College, we teach you the science of nutrition to a deep level. But we believe that is only half of the picture. We believe that this information is only beneficial if we know how to actually apply it to our lives. If we can take the science, and use it to create meals and diet plans that support our health needs, then we have something really powerful. In every module on our 'Diploma in Culinary Medicine' we show you first hand how to take the science that we have taught you, to the kitchen. This session, hosted by our founder - Dale Pinnock, is a particularly interesting one taken from the module 'Dysfunctional Metabolism: The Root of Modern Disease.
